OUR PRACTICE
Bordeaux Optical was founded by Donnie Kennedy in 1971. He sold the business to long-time employee and fellow optician, Jean Bowden in April of 2001. Patients remark that they are so happy to always see a familiar face when they stop by. Jean strives to provide the best eye care to the now multi-generational patients. Sadly, Donnie Kennedy passed away in November 2016 having had his NC Optician's
license for over almost 53 years. He will be missed!
