What type of frames look best on me?
The shape of your face really determines which frame style will suit you best. Our trained professionals can help you with the selection of the most flattering style and color for you.
Will my lenses be thick?
Technological advances in the lens fabrication have made even the strongest prescriptions up to 50% thinner than previous conventional materials.
How long will it take to get my eyeglasses back?
Usual turnaround time for a basic pair of eyeglasses is 3-5 days but if your eyeglasses are ordered with Anti-glare coating, it may take 5-7 business days.
Do I have to buy everything or can I custom build my eyeglasses?
We are here to help you. Some lens treatments are more expensive and we certainly understand budget constraints. We enable you to purchase exactly what you can afford, we don't lump together an expensive "package" and pressure you into buying it!
How will I know if I can wear contacts?
We can refer you to a qualified eye doctor for your exam and he will determine whether you are a good candidate for contact lenses. Dry eyes and eye abnormalities are usually the only reason you would NOT be a candidate for contacts.
How long does it take to get my contacts?
Most contact lens orders arrive in our office within 1-2 days. We can also ship them directly to you if it is more convenient for a small shipping fee.
